Be Well in Body, Mind, & Spirit
I believe that relationships with ourselves and others are the center of growth and development. They can also be the source of pain and unresolved trauma. Understanding "who" we are is essential to "how" we show up in these relationships.
Your past does not define you, however it can impact how you "react" to situations. Increasing self-awareness of unhealthy patterns can help you better understand yourself and improve how you "respond" to life's situations.
Even though change is a part of life, transitions can feel uncomfortable. Healing your body, mind, and spirit to implement change takes willingness and courage.
I look forward to providing a brave space to assist your journey in self-exploration, authentic discovery, and empowerment for positive change.
